Shane Martin Founder/Owner
Born in Winsted, Connecticut, Shane grew up overcoming obstacles on his own with ambition to carve an individual path. Driven to be successful, he began to follow his passion in 2007. He left his small town and flew to Orlando, Florida to achieve an Associates in Recording Arts and a Bachelor’s in Music Business from Full Sail University.
Upon graduating and moving back to Connecticut, he developed his skills in recording studios, then advanced in marketing and organizing local events all over New England. He specialized in promoting hip-hop and country shows for A list artists like Lil Durk, DMX, Nas, Chris Janson, and Lanco. He also became the Operations Manager for one of CT’s Top Festivals, the Goshen Stampede which features rodeos, motor sports, and live music. From there he started working in the largest venues in the state with Live Nation in various fields such as Security, Operations, VIP, Guest Services, Meet and Greets, and Production. Here he worked with the industry’s top touring artists like Florida Georgia Line, Imagine Dragons, Dave Matthews Band, Santana, Jason Aldean, and many more.
After years of learning the business of marketing and organizing events, Shane decided it was time for M Works Entertainment LLC. to be born in 2019. Since then, M Works has provided prominent businesses such as Live Nation, Farm Aid, Magic of Lights, Big Mike The Ruler, Goshen Stampede, Toth Insurance Agency, and Boys and Girls Club with marketing services, online advertisements, event consulting, rental services, and project management.
Shane’s mission is to deliver the highest level of entertainment and marketing services to business and event organizers around the world.
